It has been a while since we have all talked creators! I thought it would be perfect to share this story with you today!
It‘s Mother’s Day and it’s when we honor the women who gave birth to us. We celebrate them with food and gifts. I am so happy that God allowed us to procreate through them.
There is something I want us to be aware of. The women who aren’t walking around with children. Some aren’t because they just aren’t ready or found the right person to marry yet. Others because they have lost many children due to infertility, death and miscarriage.
One of my close friends, since elementary, is sharing her story today! Give Taylor Matthews the floor because she’s someone who deserves it and knows and understands the woes of miscarriage and heartbreak. A women who values prayer even through loss.
Today is still a good day. If you have lost a child they are now angles in heaven and we celebrate you for experiencing the feeling of being a mom!
Taylor has written a poem to her unborn child and to encouraged all of us who share the same story. Your time is coming. Not everyone will understand what it means to lose a child. Taylor and I have survived and so will you! And one day WE WILL experience the love of our child.
Taylor Matthews
“Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for such belongs in the kingdom of heaven “
A Poem to my Unborn:
You, Since I found out about you
I couldn’t wait to meet you
I wasn’t scared one bit
I was ready for you. You and I for a lifetime. Couldn’t wait to see your smile,
Watch you take your first steps,
Hear you say your first words. The moment I heard your heartbeat
I knew my life was complete. Our time together was short
I’ll love you always 5.03.2018
I officially found out I was carrying you. 6.05.2018
I saw your heart beat. 6.17.2018
I felt like my world crashed. A part of me is missing
AND
I’ll never understand why. I never see your face but I dream about you all the time. I wish I had the chance to meet you.
I encourage every women to be honest about what’s hurting. It helps to talk and most importantly; Pray about it, it isn’t easy to get through you’ll have your days some will be better than others but things WILL get better over time!
Maybe you didn’t lose a child but you lost your mother and can’t talk to her physically. I encourage you to write a note today to those individuals and express your love to them.
TODAY IS THE DAY THE LORD MADE AND WE WILL ALL REJOICE AND BE GLAD IN IT.
Taylor still has a smile on her face in spite of how hard this day can be and so should you.
Taylor we love you!
